1. With your free registration you will be given a virtual $100,000.

2. Use your virtual money to buy and sell stock in the companies listed on our exchange.

3. There are one million shares of each company, so if a share is trading at $4, it means the market is valuing the company at $4 million.

4. If you think the company is or will be worth more than $4 million, buy shares. If you think it is worth less than $4 million you can bet the stock price will decline by "selling short."

5. The most you can make or lose on any single stock position is 100%. So if a stock suddenly jumps from $10 to $30, the users who bought shares at $10 and users who sold short at $10 will automatically have their shares redeemed at a 100% increase/decrease, i.e. a price of $20. So the person who bought shares will get $20 and the user who sold short will lose all his money in that position.

6. Unlike in the regular stock market, exchangeP users are absolutely allowed to use insider information to make virtual money. Our goal is for company valuations to reflect all information, not just public info. So if you know VC1 is about to invest $500 million in startup1, which is currently valued at $2 million on exchangeP... buy all the startup1 stock you can!
